Insurance Options

As a courtesy. We are happy to verify your insurance benefits for you on your first appointment. However, please note, some verifications take 24-48 hours. Additionally, Your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company and our best verification is still not a guarantee of benefit. Some insurance have very strict guidelines for what they consider "Medically necessary" Due to this, we do not know what your insurance will cover until after you have been evaluated and diagnosis codes for your condition are determined.

Insurance plans we are "Out of network" with we may bill as a courtesy depending on actual coverage and limits available. We are happy to give you an estimate after your initial evaluation. We are out of network with most Major Medical plans. Some insurance carries have very similar IN/OUT of network benefits while some are very different.
